When you contact us through the form we collect your name, phone number, email address and message. The data is used to respond to your inquiry.
The quote tool
When you use the quote tool we receive the 3D files you upload together with the contact details you provide. The files are used only to calculate and prepare your quote and are not shared with third parties.
Retention and your rights
Quote requests and uploaded 3D files are kept while the matter is active and deleted within 12 months of completion. Order and invoice records are kept as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time via info@printpartnergoteborg.se.
